This 15 gallon copper moonshine still is our Amerilebic Style still, our own copy of the classic alembic shape. The diamond-shaped pot has a solid bottom and is formed on a metal spinning machine in our New Hampshire shop. It comes with an EZ Seal cap and port, a thumper that redistills the vapor, and a copper worm that cools the vapor back into liquid. This is unit #5 of 5 in this run.
The solid bottom is built not to leak, and the pot is made from much thicker copper. Heavy copper is sturdier and holds up far longer than the thin copper on cheap imported stills. Every piece is joined with lead-free silver solder and tested before it ships. In my words as Alchemist G.G. Wilkins: I think this design is a big step forward for our shop.
